THREAD ON TREASURE X BLACKPINK SITUATION

Blinks/blonks and Teumes have been in a bitter fandom war over who 'deserves' and YG mistreatment. D**th thr**ts and false rumors were spread. (DM me for a doc of evidence). This thread will go into analysis and tips to be a peaceful fan.

Beginning when Yedam's predebut solo was released z there was an uproar over it. (For sake of word count, I will simply say blinks) Blinks were understandably upset that Rosé had not gotten her promised solo and were in indignation that Yedam had gotten his before her, as well as

-arguing that it wouldn't be strategic for TREASURE and BLACKPINK's debut. Blinks emailed Dispatch, Yedam d**gs trended. Teumes and blinks feud were fed by rumors sailing. Let's now look at the idol's side of the story.

Yedam had trained for over eight years, gone through four survival shows, constantly uploaded snippets of solo music on SoundCloud. It was announced his predebut solo was prepared for a long time before TREASURE. An important detail many miss is that his contract with YG through-

K-POP STAR included the promise of a solo album/song. He has been waiting for eight years to get his solo.

On the other hand, Rosé is an established member of BLACKPINK and her solo was announced to be released last year, though there has only been radio silence since then.

What does this tell us? BOTH of them have struggled since their very entrance into the company, BOTH of them are deserving of a solo. There is no use of sending d**th threats and such to the idol. Bad timing, mismanagement are ALL YG's fault and not our boys and girls'.

What can we do to try to become peaceful?

-Understand each other's frustration, recognize both's hard work. Cheer for our faves. Ask yourself, does putting down others reflect well on your fandom?-
