Hey, I keep seeing people argue that we shouldn't get racists or terfs fired because they have the right to work and I think those takes fundamentally misunderstand why people do that.

Bigotry in the workplace is a huge reason why marginalized people also earn less for the same work, and are passed over for promotion or not hired

So what some see as punitive ("taking" a job from a bigoted person) others may see as transformative (making the workplace safer for others and creating a standard for workplaces that considers the safety of ALL workers especially those who have typically been made unsafe)
