Take the sausage.

This is sausage here. It's "tea sausage". It's cold. You slice it thin, kinda like pepperoni.

Cut the sausage into small pieces.

Fry 3 eggs

After a couple minutes, flip the eggs.

Flip the eggs back over.

(I broke one of the yolks. Don't do that.)

Place the eggs on top of the sausage

Make another egg for your daughter.

Give the other egg to your daughter.

Transfer eggs and sausage to the table.

Cut it up.

Enjoy.

Note: I would rather have used cooked sausage patties but we don't have that here.
