When I argue with my bd, it’s almost always on the phone. When I fell out with my ex best friend and was cursing her out and shit, it was always on the phone (because she flat out REFUSED to fight me).

My son, a 16 month old CHILD; has recognized that the phone takes me out of my character enough that he does. not. like. it. Especially when I’m angry and using the phone.

The point of this thread is: to listen to your children. Really LISTEN. They’ll point out all your flaws, and it’s not to be mean. They just want YOU to be happy. THEY want to be happy and at peace their own selves. And even if you feel like you don’t deserve it, they deserve it.

And that, is the purest love in the entire world. Everyone who wants to experience it should be able to, regardless of their journey on what it takes to bring a baby in this world. Children will always appreciate a good PARENT, regardless of blood relation!
