2. Initial purpose is to protect available health facilities from overload
3. Strengthen + improve health facilities at basic, secondary & tertiary levels
4. Develop supply chain for testing kits, PPEs, masks, ventilators & other essential. Train doctors, paramedics & staff 3/7

Why did @pid_gov panic, that it couldn’t hold the ropes for 6-8 wks?
It had enough time to enquire, talk to experts & strategise

No study is scientific unless it has included statistical analysis, declared in detail the materials, methods, controls, parameters, p-value & much more
Without it, it’s just an informed opinion such as my comments are now; despite my credentials & years of experience 6/7

If my scientific work isn’t quoted by other doctors, or an indexed journal & instead by a TV-bulletin, newspaper, or internal newsletter, then it will catch the gaze of naive audiences; but that doesn’t endorse it as accurate 7/7
