doja kinda made points though. i’m in no place to accept her apology considering i’m white as snow, but let’s not act like we all haven’t been on omegle or other video chat sites and seen/hear racist comments being tossed around. tinychat is no different.

she seemed really genuine in the livestream, but again, i’m in no place to determine whether she deserves that sort of respect or accept that apology.

i already see oomf saying that she’s trying to pull a quick one on her fans. y’all ask her to defend her actions, and when she doesn’t, she’s a coward. but when she does, she’s a liar.

you can’t expect her to just vanish off the face of the earth and make an impeccable apology.

she’s a human. celebrities are humans. just because we put them in the spotlight doesn’t mean they have a squeaky clean past, it doesn’t mean everything they do will be right, it doesn’t mean you have to support it.

in this case, it doesn’t give me the right to accept any form of apology, but it’s just some food for thought. i recommend watching a screen recording of the livestream if you haven’t.

also, last tweet in this thread: the fact that she recorded 98 apology videos and rather than posting one of those, she made bullet points, went on livestream, and then explained her side as well as she probably could’ve... it shows a lot about her character for the better.
