Genuinely considering playing Rivals of Aether as my main competitive fighting game instead of Smash.I've been playing it a lot lately and it's been a lot of fun.Not to mention, it's just got a lot of qualities that make it better than Smash from a competitive standpoint.(1/?)

Its got better netcode, interesting character designs,a surprising amount of depth, and most importantly,it promotes aggression as opposed to Smash's more campy meta (especially nowadays).Don't get me wrong,I still love Smash,but it's hard to ignore its shortcomings sometimes.2/?
