[Racism] To everyone asking: "Why was he filming her?"

Because if he hadn't filmed the incident, you wouldn't believe she racistly called a police hit on him when he asked her to leash her dog.

[Racism] And now some of you are using his wise act of self-preservation to say she was right to call a police hit on him. There's no depths to which victim-blamers will not stoop.

[Racism] For the record: I do not like being recorded in public. There are valid reasons to not want to be recorded in public! But being recorded in public "against my will" (or however we word this concept) doesn't make it okay to try to murder a Black man via police violence.
