WFH isn& #39;t healthy (at least for me). As hard as you try to fight it, di mapigilan isiping may expectation na:
- Lagi kang on-call since nasa bahay ka lang naman
- You can manage and handle work & stress as well as others ("Kung kaya niya dapat kaya mo rin")

Mars, walang ganun.
READ: Again, this is all in my head and what I& #39;m trying na labanan. But the pressure exists. This pandemic hits people differently.
Nung pumapasok pa sa office, I make it a point to never bring home work; kung di pa talaga kaya ipagpabukas, OT na lang. My home is my safe space and I wanted to keep it that way.

Pero siyempre, gets naman na no choice ngayon and it& #39;s for the best.
I miss my office friends but takot pa din ako lumabas. I need to think of the safety of my family. I know my priorities.
But tbh, 2 months in, I& #39;m not used to this set up pa din.https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😟" title="Worried face" aria-label="Emoji: Worried face"> I have my & #39;good& #39; & & #39;best& #39; days (feel ko lang & #39;yun) but most of the time, the process I take to get to those days takes longer.
Anyway. Check on your friends and loved-ones. Make sure they& #39;re really okay as most of them are trying REALLY hard to stay strong.
And if you& #39;re like me na afraid to speak up, even if you don& #39;t say anything, gets kita. This feeling never went away for me & I& #39;m only letting it out now, here.
Try and find an outlet; write it, sleep on it, have a good cry, take a deep breath--whatever works for you.
