and it’s not just stan twitter, it involves these interviewers within hip hop. any female rapper that comes out they are EXPECTED to list female rappers they’re inspired by, like its mandatory or something. and if they don’t mention N*ck* M*na* they’re automatically side eyed.
still to this day it amazes me how fan bases put two of the biggest female rappers against each other over a situation that easily could’ve been resolved. they could’ve demolished billboard charts together a long time ago but it was more entertaining for pop culture for them to +
beef and having it lead to a physical altercation. but now all of the sudden y’all live for female rappers collaborating with NM and want to have all these streaming/farm parties to make sure they get a #1. where was the energy for motorsport?
and now it’s slowly starting to happen within pop music. and what these fan bases need to realize if an artist you’re “stanning” can’t reach the general public and let the numbers do the talking WITHOUT streaming/farm parties then that artist isn’t popping like y’all claim they +
are. and let alone these artists are starting to make themselves twitter heads and pandering to stan twitter like doja cat, tweeting stupid meaningless shit for retweets and attention and changing her name to stupid shit to the point her label has to tell her to stop it. and +
gaga is over here pandering to stan twitter by posting memes of herself to get y’all to continue these stupid ass fancams and hashtags for a water down pop song (that sounds like it originally was katy parry’s) by two of the most powerful singers in the pop category. +
these artists are LAZY and losing creative direction and they know y’all will eat anything up they give you to because y’all have grown to be greedy when it comes to music and music videos, these artists aren’t making ALBUMS (like Beyoncé said). y’all just want music to compete.
