The pronouncement of the President of not wanting to have classes resume without a vaccine or not until he's sure that our children are safe has its good intentions. I, however, find it reactive.
Our education system should be resilient and this pandemic just highlighted how much we need to cope with technology and how our DepEd curriculum should be modified. Remember, classes get suspended due to typhoons, as well, causing delays and sometimes, shortchange our students.
Maybe it's high time we adopt the concept of Accelerated Christian Education (ACE) curriculum.

ACE curriculum is PACE based where the traditional classroom setting doesn't happen. This curriculum encourages self-learning and independence.
This can either be home-based or in a learning center (classroom). In classrooms, students work in their cubicles and physical interaction with teachers and classmates isn't necessary, unless they need help to understand a topic further.
I hope @DepEd_PH @SecLiling @RRD_Davao will be able to notice this thread.

Just my two cents as I've seen people politicize, "Bahala Na!"
