would likely instill FEAR in the man videoing, or in the alternative, culminate in PUNISHMENT for the videoing should it continue). she therefore ALREADY CONCEDED that black men face a higher threat of harm at the hands of cops, and USED her awareness of these

VERY REAL CIRCUMSTANCES......to exploit. she LIED and put this man in legitimate danger that she HERSELF RECOGNIZED.....

b/c he DARED to ask her.......to abide by a municipal code broadly displayed throughout a park.
