Our kitchen is clean. I should start making bread.
And I said, "Hey! let's bake some bread."
I checked on the dough. It has risen a lot in less than two hours. Sort of frightening me out. This focaccia might be alien.
Time for the second rise! 
I have it oiled and salted. The oven's preheated. Almost time.
Gonna make an egg and cheese sandwich for lunch.
I did not melt the cheese all the way on purpose for what it's worth. Also it was a great sandwich.
