ever wondered why yorha units are dressed like that (skirts / shorts) other than yoko taro being yoko taro, their "purpose" is that they allow heat to escape and prevent units from overheating. i wish i was making that up

and if you also wondered why they have this blindfold, it's a military visor that indicates stats during battle. it also symbolically shows that yorha units are blind to the truth (until they lose it) while yorha operators can't speak said truth with the mouth veils they have
