im trying super hard not to just throw my personal experiences into this shit because it is 100% not worth it to just dump upsetting experiences to validify points and experiences that assholes are never going to care about

also, id like people to please shut up about "pre everything" gay trans ppl unless they are that themselves, tbh. because half of the stuff ppl say is blatantly wrong and transphobic

there are way too many people on queer twitter for comfort who are literal fucking proto terves. you could edit shit from this godforsaken platform onto a gc post and no one would know the difference

like, instead of trying to justify it as somehow just being that way because it's "different" for this time, maybe consider how fucking close and nearly indistinguishable your viewpoints and ideas are from literal fucking terves

also, if/when this discourse comes up again, i am blocking people who put "straight passing" and "cis passing (misgendering)" shit on my TL. you all make me incredibly uncomfortable as a nonbinary mlm

literally, the arguments people claim to be putting against "cis bis" are stuff that is either already transphobic to, or easily repackaged to be transphobic and dismissive against nonbinary/trans ppl, and especially gay trans ppl

also, im sick of people lying about the safety of people in the community, claiming blatantly statistically unsupported shit about the safety of bi folks

these people are like this close to saying that mspec folks and The Wrong Trans Folks (ie, not straight, binary, etc according to historical gatekeeping standards) should just be cut off from the community half the time

the whole discourse about "safety" and whatever else is just a stepping stone to that. we're not the right type of queer to you all

the funniest, saddest bullshit is just watching people desperately trying to conform the experiences of gay trans ppl and nonbinary ppl to agab

im just. tired. i hate how people can see coded bigoted language and ideas and just accept it into queer spaces. i hate how ridiculously awful and dismissive people are to ""pre/non op"" trans/nonbinary ppl and their experiences

and im so sick of how gay trans people are often treated as though deserving the least access to queerness and queer culture

count the number of times literally everyone else in the community is told they can reclaim mlm slurs before literal trans mlm who have literally had those ideas and words directly and violently thrown at them

and im not saying this as "there can't be overlap in experiences", im just saying, isn't it sort of ridiculous that we're like, the last fucking thought on people's mind because they don't even comprehend we face queerphobia too
