There's a conversation to be had about the particular strand of White woman racism in New York City and the multiple ways in which they deploy their presumed fragility to enact harm agaisnt Black people in spaces.

This isn't isolated. NYC is full of Amy Coopers.

This was calculated, intentional harm. And I've had soooo many conversations with people who think that White women in NYC aren't capable or wouldn't "do that".

Oh, but they do. It's right there.

Personally for those of you that followed what went down at the Guggenheim and watched people on here scream that White women/Nancy Spector weren't capable of that kind of strategy of evil... it hits a little differently now, huh?

Harmful White women always know what they're doing and they know that you will underestimate how evil some of them can be. Straight facts, babes.

So much to unpack. And it deserves to be.

Amy Cooper's intent was to kill him, simple as that.

Know that when White women employ their fragility for harm, the aim is to break and destroy that target. Again, they know this.

It's meant to be catastrophic.

What Amy Cooper did was straight of Carole Bryant's playbook.

And the idea that virulently obvious forms of racism that thrive in Mississippi somehow can't thrive in NYC is exactly why it thrives in NYC, and it's why Cooper went first to 911; she knew they would back her up.
