•The Administrative State Shutdown

•Aiding and Protecting Biden

In a tweet thread in March, I stated that the shut down was not Trump's making. Many disagreed and thought it was a military operation.

Since then, the President, on many occasions, validated my initial assessment. The shutdown wasn't led by him but by an Administrative State.
A network of medical bureaucrats
unaccountable to voters—operating under the guise of “health experts”— who think that shutting down small businesses and throwing people out of work (while allowing Walmarts to remain open), was an excellent mitigation strategy.
The CDC, which champions itself as an independent health watchdog that provides guidelines and recommendations, is one of the most politicized agencies we have in the country.

On February 22, CDC headquarters denied entry to an FDA Chief overseeing laboratory testing development
He was forced to wait a day before they allowed him to visit the facility, where he would discover test kits contaminated with the coronavirus.

I won't go any further into that here. For now, let's examine how this shutdown began. https://www.theblaze.com/news/cdc-tests-contaminated-with-coronavirus
Vivek Murthy is the co-founder of Doctors for America, formerly known as Doctors for Obama. He worked on the 2008 & 2012 campaign before becoming the US Surgeon General under the Obama administration.
Whereas the White House Coronavirus Task Force was providing new guidance to schools, homes, and businesses on how to prevent spreading the virus while living everyday life. POTUS was still holding rallies; social distancing wasn't yet a thing; America was still open for business
The next day, Anthony Fauci testified before a House Oversight Committee hearing and stated that without mitigation, we could see a death count in the millions. He recommended that there not be large crowds and suggested that the NBA should play without fans in the stands.
At the start of the hearing, Chairwoman Carolyn Maloney said that Fauci and Redfield had been called to an “emergency meeting” at the White House. The White House denied that it was holding an “emergency meeting.”

Where did Rep Maloney get her information from? Precursor? 🤨
Well, shortly after the hearing, the WHO declared the coronavirus a global pandemic.

Biden's campaign moved to form a Public Health Panel, including Vivek Murthy, who pushed the campaign to cancel public events and move to “virtual events.”
The Mayor of San Francisco acted promptly to Fauci's recommendation and banned gatherings of more than 1,000 people for two weeks, which includes Golden State Warrior home games played in the Bay Area

*Every time Fauci testifies, a mayor in California imposes an order
Moreover, The Golden State Warriors, who were scheduled to play the next day, became the first team ordered to play home games in an empty arena.

But things didn’t just end there for the NBA.
Just as referees were about to start the game between the Utah Jazz and the host, Oklahoma City Thunder—Donnie Strack, the Thunder’s vice president of human and player performance, came sprinting onto the court to huddle with the referees.
Someone from the Thunder’s front office tasked Strack with stopping the tip-off (in the most dramatic way possible) because a player from the other team tested positive for the coronavirus. Fans were asked to leave the arena but were assured that
they were safe.
NBA Commissioner Adam Silver was heading home when he was made aware of the player’s diagnosis and the OKC Thunder’s decision to pull the game.

Around 9:30 pm ET, the NBA released a statement announcing the suspension of the season but allowed all the games that night to finish
Following Fauci's testimony on Capitol Hill, Adam Silver held a meeting with the league’s Board of Governors to discuss ways to handle the pandemic. Some teams were in favor of suspending all games, while others wanted to continue playing without fans in the arena.
That option was taken away when coronavirus diagnosis triggered a league-wide suspension.

Silver said the decision was made in consultation with public health experts. Those health experts were Vivek Murthy and David Ho.

We'll get to David later.
Although the league did not mention him by name, Rudy Gobert of the Utah Jazz, who wasn’t in the arena at the time, tested positive for the coronavirus. Earlier in the week, Gobert was seen touching the microphones on the podium during a media session.

Such a weird coincidence
According to the team’s statement, Gobert tested negative for influenza and respiratory infection. Oklahoma health officials decided to test for COVID-19. State epidemiologist Laurence Burnsed said the results came back at 6:45 pm, 15 mins before tip-off. https://www.nba.com/jazz/news/statement-utah-jazz-0
At the time in question, the State had the capacity to test 100 samples a shift, 300 samples per day with an estimated turnaround time of 6-8 hours.

All POSITIVE test are forward to the CDC headquarters for CONFIRMATION.

That's not what happened with Rudy Gobert's results.
