Yesterday afternoon, @LPNational voted to nominate me as their 2020 VP candidate.

I am grateful to @VerminSupreme for inviting me to be his running mate last year, & for running a disruptive, engaging, empathetic campaign to bring countless people into the liberty movement.

Vermin, you are a dear friend and one of the greatest people I've ever had the pleasure of working with, and I look forward to continuing to work with you on this next phase of our plan. Thank you.

The day before, the LP voted to nominate @Jo4liberty for President. Jo has been a member of the party for decades, and is a principled libertarian.

As President, she promises to:

* End the wars and occupations, and bring all of the troops home

* End the war on drugs and the war on sex work, and free all people from prison who were convicted of victimless "crimes"

* Dismantle the Police-Prison Industrial Complex, end the militarization of our police departments & maximize civil liberties protections that are often denied to us, especially those in marginalized communities

* Uphold our right to own any firearm we wish & end all gun control

* Slash the regulatory burdens that have driven countless Americans into poverty and near-poverty, so that we can grow ourselves and our communities into prosperity with the boot of the state off our necks

* Open America up to as much trade, travel and migration as we choose as individuals, and end government controls that infringe upon our right to host, hire or house whomever we wish on our properties, or to travel to properties where we are welcome

* Dismantle the kleptocratic system of government, and replace it with a system of voluntary fees for services

There is much more we plan to do, but the bottom line is that our platform is one of reducing and ending the harms that are done by government, and freeing us to work together, as we see fit, to solve the problems that we face.

Now is the time to reject false authority.

Now is the time to disrupt.

Now is the time to heal.
