I have seen most of the MCU’s 22 films. I like only the following, in release date order:
Captain America Winter Solider (2014)*
Guardians of the Galaxy (2014)
Doctor Strange (2016)
Thor Ragnorak (2017)*
Black Panther (2018)*
Avengers Infinity war (2018)
Captain Marvel (2019)

*went to see only because I am a fan of the director/s, was predictably delighted by these excellent crowd-pleasers

I also liked Iron Man when it came out in 2008—what GenXer wouldn’t welcome the return of Rober Downey Jr in a filmed helmed by Jon Favreau?—but the films’s politics (and eventual sequels) are terrible imo & I never ever rewatch it.

(I obviously went to see Doctor Strange because of Tilda Swindon, hello I am a queer person & my people have Feelings about her magnificence even while concerned about more whitewashing of Asian characters in film.)

So I like 7 of 22 films, or 31.8% of their “Infinity Saga” output. This is higher than I thought it would be when I started this thread, if I’m being honest.

I’ve seen 16 of the 22 films, or 72.7% of MCU’s output. This is lower than I would have predicted (I would have put it at 90%)—but I am really okay with the number because reviewing the titles made me go “yuck” several times.
