While the northerners are paying their dues, rising in files and rank in the space of 20 yrs, getting relatively low salaries while their counterpart is in a multinational firm forming " Rich " in dollars.

In fact, when you retire the first 100 in some agencies, the next 100 would have a few non Northerners among them.. Because some of the southern guys after 10 yrs cross to the private sector leveraging on their experience in the public service to get better pay.
I was opportune to study in a school in Lagos, where Usman Suleiman from Gombe was my seat mate to the right and Ojiakwu Favour from Anambra to the left and Ayodele Emmanuel from Oyo in the centre.. We love each other like brothers and do things in common....
Until our parents started telling us stories that informed us wrongly about other tribes and some of us were not fortunate to have a touch of history later in life to know we were lied to.
But in all situations i sighted above, there are few exceptions.

In conclusion, the North are educated, the President is not always tribal in his appointment, most times the first 10 available options are not southerners, our parents lied to us about our brothers from north.
