Hari and Kai are inseparable. They are always seen together by each other& #39;s side. Hari calls him "Kai" First name basis. And Kai calls him "Kurono".
Hari is seen here watching Kai. As he had ever since they were kids. Hari is always with Kai everywhere!
The balcony scene is very romantic! And Hari is shown not wearing a mask. Meaning Kai does not mind breathing his air. His reasoning for making others wear masks. Not wanting to breathe their filthy air.
Hari is also special since he is not a Precept! Kai calls the Precepts expendable and as his pawns. Hari is neither. Which is why Kai was trying to escape with only him by his side at the end. Hari& #39;s official title is Kai& #39;s Aide.
Hari is the only one allowed to mess up and make mistakes! Missing a shot in the warehouse. Unable to see through Mirio& #39;s cape and so couldn& #39;t shoot Eri. Kai& #39;s insult is "you fool" That is such a married couple thing to say! No anger. Hari& #39;s response. "Fool...?"
Kai takes the time out of the midst of the heat of battle to catch Hari who was unconscious and thrown at him and healed him. He didn& #39;t care for Nemoto who was hurt and on the ground.
Other times just showing them together by each other& #39;s side!
Hari only looks this sad because he& #39;s being separated from Kai. The first time ever the two are apart from each other. Separated.
Hari ready and willing to off Shigaraki. Defending Kai.
So all these scenes and evidence and facts shows just how canon Chronohaul is! If I think of other scenes then I will just add it to this thread.
