With today’s press conference, the latest disaster in a disasterous series, Cummings and UKGov were clearly intending to sweep #CumGate under the rug. What they achieved, however, was to throw a gallon of petrol onto the fire.
Johnson and Cummings have lost any ounce of credibility that they held onto. Their brazen fuckery is entirely transparent. They are finished. They just don’t realise it yet.
On a more somber note, their fuckery means that more people will die. People who were perhaps obeying the rules until now have effectively been told (hell, encouraged) that it’s ok to break lockdown because the PM has their back.
