Terrible news, all. My time has come. The hackers pwned me. It’s all over. The horror.
FYI, this is a pretty common scam. This is not a thing, there is no video, there is also literally no identifying information in here that indicates they have any idea who I am. It's a mass-text sent to hundreds of cell phones hoping some people panic and pay.
Notice the tactics used, though. They hope you don't notice that they haven't even included your name (they have no information on you). Malware was triggered on "your device" (which one?). They hit on an activity they i) hope you've done and ii) hope you find shameful.
Interacting with them will prompt more threats - again, hoping that fear/shame motivates you not to question anything. If all goes according to their plan, they get paid without ever having to show that any part of this was true.
These scams bank on people being too intimidated by tech terms and too terrified of theoretical exposure to question anything. The time crunch is another element that plays into that.

Too bad I know they're lying.
Frankly, I wish I could report them somewhere so others don't fall for it (and maybe the bitcoin wallet can be shut down?). If anyone knows a way to do that, lmk (FTC reporting and my AG reporting page don't seem to quite fit this).
