The anecdotal evidence about Donald Trump's favourite medication. Her prior convictions mean she will never willingly use any covid19 vaccine. It is heartbreaking. I am worried about her and the rest of my friends and family in the US (2/n).

I don't know when I will be able to see her again. Our conversations are not productive. It is devastating to think that after years of trying to talk to her about science I am unable to make any headway. (4/n)

There is a toxic group of conspiracy theorists in the United States who are undermining the health and well-being of a population of people who just don't have the tools to discriminate between truth and lies. I am afraid of losing her and I am powerless to change her mind (5/6)

There must be a reckoning in the United States to correct the lies, mistrust and misinformation that has freely propagated for years. Some people will die there because they were never educated and they couldn't understand how science happens. This is so crushing. (6/6)
