how to gain weight healthily

- eat more calories than your body burns
the most important thing you can do to gain weight is to create a calorie surplus, which means you eat more calories than your body needs
- eat plenty of protein
muscle is made of protein & without it most of those extra calories may end up as body fat
- exercise, life weights
it’s very important to lift heavy weights & improve your strength. this will help you gain muscle mass instead of just fat
