* 143 were not allocated to the dominant miner
* 2 were in the “weak allocation”

As the image above indicates, the 2 blocks in the “weak allocation” are likely to be wrongly allocated. This illustrates that allocating blocks to the dominant miner using this imperfect methodology is a probabilistic process & contains errors, especially when lines cross
