Knowing your worth doesn’t mean you think relationships are transactional. It does mean being able to sense on a subtle level when you aren’t seen and valued. That’s a basic need in any sort of connection. That in whatever love language they have, they acknowledge your presence.

People who equate knowing your worth to being about expectations and transactional love, do not understand subtle energy exchange. This goes much deeper then the common five common love languages into subtler realms of the love language of the soul and spirit.

In healthy energy exchange there can absolutely be outward gestures and expressions that act as symbols for the deeper flow of energy that is happening. And they do not have to be. They can be as simple as tuning in. This is why I often say my love language is telepathy.

For me a love language may also be instead of just cutting an energy cord, I actually address the agreements me and another soul made together. I either rewrite them or adjust them in a way that honors both parties. There are many levels to energy exchange work.
