This moment is all we crave for yet it keeps illuding us.
You know why?
Because Prayer is starting a conversation but to have the conversation loop complete universe has to talk back - and that can happen only when ....

Meditation
is letting the universe whisper back at you - its like listening to the universe.
So pray and meditate is the only tool of restraint we have in todayâs overloaded information wisdom seeking world.
So what now ....
