I can’t stand the firefighters w/ a social media presence that promote an us vs them mindset when it comes to other firefighters that may not be into the job. Remember, very few folks go out of their way to be bad at their jobs. Don’t look down on them. You need them to be a team

It’s not cool to look down on others & say you don’t need them, or that you’ll leave them behind. Most of these FF’s haven’t been shown the light. Poor leadership has let them down. Include them and don’t ever give up on them. You’re the example, not judge, jury, and executioner
