People have had to show resilience and determination, empathy and courage to bide by the rules to protect our most vulnerable and wider society - thank you for the lives you have saved. I
I would like to issue a sincere apology to the public, front facing and key workers. When we starting experiencing undiagnosed symptoms of covid-19 we panicked and thought how can we isolate ourselves to the best of our ability in an area and residence we are lucky to have access
I& #39;m conscious that not everyone has this opportunity and I apologise that this behaviour doesn& #39;t attach to the morale of the rules we set.
There will rightly be anger, in this time we panicked and I thought only about the safety of my family and others. I am sorry.

I have considered my resignation but at this time and in this pandemic I will continue to give my all for the greater cause, reastablish trust in the rules I wrongly flexed and will look again at my role when we are in a safer place.
