Character dissection:
The narcissism of Judar

Judar is phenomenal, here's why.

Judar's past is lightly glossed over during the course of the series but, here's what we know.

Judar was chosen by the rukh and was deemed a magi,he was born in a poor village in the far east plain,his parents along with his village were slaughtered by Al-thamen.

("judar" is a name given to him by Al-thamen,his actual name is unknown)

Form that point forward Al-thamen would continue to take advantage of him before he was able to understand anything, they would also teach him magic until the founding-

-of the kou empire.

When the kou empire was founded Al-thamen had transferred him there and he would be regarded as the "Oracle and high priest".

(It was a form of anthropolatry:the act of worshipping man as a deity)

I believe this is where his over inflated sense of self importance had turned into a form of "traumatic narcissism".

Now don't get confused traumatic narcissism is nothing like the narcissism a movie star would have that would result in an inflated sense of self importance, it's much more sinister then that.

A "traumatic narcissist" is someone with not only an inflated self importance but, they also believe they have been wronged in some way ,they usually collect these "wrongs" and seek out affirmation.

But,the most common link between them all is a grudge against the world.

The link I found between judar being a traumatic narcissist is not only derived from his inflated sense of self importance shown through times of bragging and showing off his powers ,him demanding things to make his day more convenient then even the royal family but,-

- it's clear he hates the world he habits for what it had let happened to him during his early childhood.

Even though he had stated he no longer cares for the past, his actions consistently lead back to his desire to "right" the wrongs of his childhood.

Judar had teamed up with hakuryuu because he saw himself within him.

Judar sees an angry child with a seething hatred for his mother and prince with a disdain for towards the world for allowing his life too plunge so far and judar seeks to take advantage of that hatred-

-And names him king,

He believes hakuryuu is the only one that can truly help him take revenge against the world and build it anew to fit their perspective.

Judar isn't redeemable in the slightest,he kills and mocks

but,he is someone that never had a chance at a normal childhood and a person that is angry towards the world for what happened to him.

Hopefully this could shine light on the layers of judar's character.
