I think the real problems on Twitch arent even warnings or bans handled differently based on popularity, its streamers using those "mistakes" to get publicity, a ton of it. Meanwhile, hard working talented streamers that dont generate drama and "mistakes" stays in the shadows
It would be amazing if Twitch found a way to control the spotlights and snowball effects that grow streams, moving them away from drama and giving opportunities to hard working talented streamers who misteriously never get involved in all this crap

Its sadly something me and many others have been saying for years... What would be your solutions? Would it be possible to put in the TOS that if you receive warnings/bans you dont have to talk about them on social media, or not? Also all of this only cultivates toxic communities
