I would have given careful consideration to what was the most 'minimising risk to others', whilst ensuring the person I was caring for had that protection.
Likewise, I won't take 'his' exploitation of exceptions as grounds for me to go out, and expose myself.

Assuming his account of events is truthful - he did nothing remarkably different to what I would've done, in the situation he described.

Bias - I voted Brexit, and I truthfully like the persona that we see through the media.

I find it 'very' difficult to listen to anyone, who can't make their many biases in this case clear.
