(1of4) Complaint Escalation

Hello @Jumia_Group. I needed to upgrade my android IELTs app to a paid version so I purchased a $10 voucher via the Jumia Pay app linked to the Jumia market app I use. I followed the steps in the screenshots below cc. @fccpcnigeria @LegalNaija
(2of4) @Jumia_Group. I received a voucher code and I tried to credit my Google PlayStore account and I received the error message below.

(3of4) @Jumia_Group I tried to reach Jumia Nigeria on (01 277 2366) and http://cs.one .ng@jumia.com on 23rd May to no avail. So I sent @JumiaNigeria a DM. Please see below a screenshot collage of the interaction.

(4of4) @Jumia_Group it took me a lot of time to make this thread. It's frustrating how much stress Jumia Nigeria puts me through as this is one of several unresolved issues in this quarter alone that I've had to complain about
