I see Brock pulled a Blaise last night and decided to suggest a writer has taken sides with China simply because they know it’s not smart to start a can’t-win fight with them. These are your guys, Alberta. And these are the best they have, and the best they’ve got to offer.

They lack substance. They lack knowledge. They lack nuance. They lack wit. And they lack the resolve to do anything but hide when they’re challenged. They live in the ditch but claim the high road. They’re bullies who cry bully. And the best they can ever do is weak deflection.

I refuse to be deflected, and so they hide. They hide because they’re terrible at this, and they hide because I’m right about their government. Am I a jerk like Brock’s super brave subtweet? You’re goddamn right I am, and they have zero answers for it.

If they could come for the words I write in my column, they would. Do you think they would pass up an opportunity to crush my credibility? Do you think if I wrote something that wasn’t bang on, that these people would let me get away with it? Of course not. And yet, here I am.

And I’ll be right here waiting until they come. I’m prepared to stand up and defend everything I say. Can they say that? Is there anyone left that believes they even want to?
