As suggested by @HubertLauMD and @hematogones, I followed up the positive CD43 with a few additional myeloid stains. #PediPath #Pathology #PathResidents #smallbiopsy #HemePath #Sarcoma

So I called it myeloid sarcoma with megakaryoblastic and erythroid differentiation. A concurrent bone marrow was negative. A few months later, bone marrow flow showed a minute population of tumor cells c/w above. #PediPath #Pathology #PathResidents #smallbiopsy #HemePath #Sarcoma
