B left pop radio first, not the pop radio.

Radio Deal, Interview, Payola, kissing "IHeartRadio" ass.
those are standard promo you need to get big airplay in POP radio,
B's last radio interview was 2008. radio deal? never done.
iheartradio? never done.
Also her single in general got more urban leaning, less pop radio ready. she stopped making songs for pop radio.

only song that pop radio ready was pretty hurts which she stopped bag by not releasing it as first single and
she got petty with columbia, so they no longer care.
after all as HDD said

"Beyoncé really is bulletproof—she hasn’t had a big pop smash in years, but it doesn’t matter in the least. She’s a cultural icon and can fill stadiums without releasing music."

“At the end of the day, the penetration of her music and vision is everywhere. If pop radio’s not on that then more fool them because they’re wrong.”
Billboard Chart director Gary Trust said

"It’s not like she’s gone out and written songs with Max Martin and went, ‘Oh yeah, I want major pop hits again,’”
“It’s pretty telling ... She just really followed her heart, and went more R&B, and the charts reflect that.”

"When music listeners look back at 2016, it’s likely that they’ll remember Lemonade more than a song from the Trolls soundtrack (Timberlake's Feeling). And at this point, the one missing ingredient is the big pop hit single, but it doesn’t even seem to matter at this point.”
