THREAD: Had an interesting conversation w/ a dear friend who is extremely conservative but doesn't like politics. She said she wanted to ask me re Russia. I'm always intrigued by outside the two bubbles take on things. 1/

2/ She wanted to know if I thought anyone would be held to account. I said yes, leaker of Flynn classified call; guy who changed email; and maybe a few others, if it's just going to be a few low-level fall guys, I don't care or want to hear about it.

3/3 If Obama or other high-level folks hit I don't want to hear about it. Nothing will change. I was shocked by her reaction as she doesn't follow Russia stuff. I need to follow-up by "how high" before it matters?
