These are the gun extremists who hung the Kentucky Governor in effigy in Frankfort. They’re called “Three Percenters,” the wing of American armed insurrectionists that “guarded” the white supremacist rally in Charlottesville.

These American groups of gun extremists, who are often made up of armed white men with ties to white supremacy, are distracting police, threatening lawmakers and public health officials, and fomenting racism - all during a public health crisis.
