@MD_Labor Goodmorning to everyone that can see this message. I wrote you’ll last night but I know it was a bit late. I appreciate you having the lines open for us to call today but unfortunately it’s just as good as any other day that they’re open NOBODY GETS THROUGH. !

I was asked if I wanted to communigate with an automated bot that would be able to assist me about a couple seconds into the call. Of course I tried it out because I’m eager to establish ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION WITH YOULL.

Not only is this bot incapable of answering any questions other than the 10 that you programmed it for. IT PROMPTS YOU TO ASK A REAL QUESTION IF THE ONES LISTED DONT SUIT YOUR NEEDS, BUT ITS INCAPABLE OF ANSWERING THEM. Why did you do this, it is NOT A SOLUTION

My claim was filed 04-05-2020, and here we are 5-25-2020, no answers, returned phone calls from call back numbers that I left, no emails, no nothing. I haven’t received a piece of mail in over a month, I am persistent , and I try my hardest to not get frustrated but come on.

@MD_Labor this is what your call log looks like when you try to reach your office as well as MDdepofhr. Can you’ll see the day where I waited over an hour to speak with a representative. I was elated because I ACTUALLY GOR THROUGH JUST FOR YOULL TO END MY CALL FOR NO REASON

@MD_Labor I AM SICK AND TIRED OF SETTING ALARMS SO I CAN TRY TO BE THE FIRST ON THE LINE but y’all reject my calls anyway. I wait my turn on the phone, y’all end my call why can’t you just answer us!!!!!!!!! 90%?? WHERE ARE THEY

@MD_Labor @GovLarryHogan People were depending on y’all to take care of them. Even though I have no faith in this system I still call because I have to. I have sought work, and been up to date on my webcerts but do these things even matter to y’all anymore?

@MD_Labor @GovLarryHogan Mr. Hogan i am appreciative for everything you’ve done throughout this pandemic but unemployment is just. I have no words anymore, something has to be done, for them to applaud themselves for issuing payments to “90%” is absurd

@MD_Labor @GovLarryHogan what happened to the other 10%? Are we just collateral ? What happens to our bills? Is there a special grant for those that unemployment neglected? Will we receive other forms of compensation because unemployment ignored us?

@MD_Labor @GovLarryHogan Hey it’s me again, I set my alarms today. I was prompted to “call back in an hour or go online to beacon” but whenever I do do so I get the same response. NONE.

@MD_Labor @GovLarryHogan Why would I be instructed to call back in an hour if phone lines get progressively busier as the day goes on? Can I get call backs for all the other times I left my contact information when the machine prompted me to?

@MD_Labor @GovLarryHogan this is what it looks like when we try to use your virtual assistance. After asking my question and getting no helpful response, I began to use the other prompts just to see how adequate they are. It’s 7:31 am, they system shouldn’t be failing this soon.

@MD_Labor @GovLarryHogan just got a callback! , 8 weeks of desperation and exhausted savings with a sprinkle of depression really helped me get to this point!
