It's Memorial Day in the U.S.

Before you BBQ or do a watch party with friends, please take some time to honor what this holiday is about.

People have lost their lives volunteering to serve and protect this country. The least we can give them is a moment of silence.

But...
If you're looking for something *more*, consider donating to a charity that's doing some good. 22 Too Many is a non-profit that helps the families of the 22 service members & vets we lose to suicide every day. And they work to prevent more tragedy.

If cash is short right now, put on a mask and take a walk around a memorial or cemetery. It's free, it's good exercise, and it's an easy way to honor the fallen. Doesn't have to be much. Fifteen minutes.

But, please, commemorate the sacrifice. Then cherish your freedom.
