It'll never be easy to stan a character like Kunal or to love a man like him. Yet, we do.

There are numerous scenes which will make you fall for him, hard. Everyone has their own set of scenes. This one sealed the dealed for me.

He opens the doors of the room, only to call her, affectionately and realise that the four walls of the room did not contain her physical form.

He sits on the edge of the room, scanning the empty room. Something surrounds him. Maybe it was guilt, saddness, helpnessness or disappointment.

Or was there something more to it?

The silence engulfing the room which once he was used to love now makes him restless. The empty room which he was once used to now feels new to him.

It,somewhere,rings a bell in him that his life will be dull without her presence in it.

As he continues scanning the room, his gaze falls on the frame which contains a picture of them in their wedding attires. His eyes are already moist by now with area surrounding his eyes swollen and the the heart within him restless.

Suddenly his gaze falls on the frame containing a picture of him, with his brother. That brother, for whom he chose to destroy an innconent girl's dreams which in turn, somewhere, destroyed his bond with his brother.

There a realisation. A sudden one.

Tears were running down his cheeks. This never happened before. That was what he thought.

What was happening and why? Only if he could get the answers to his questions.

Only if he could realise that his jumbled up feelings contain much more than guilt, sadness, helplessness and disappointment.

Only if he could realise that love is an important element of his jumbled up feelings.

It's so surprising that how a person likre Kunal who is often considered cruel, cold and harsh is moved to tears when he sees the wedding picture.

This is possible only when a person is capable of loving, feeling guilty, feeling scared, feeling sad and feeling helpless.

Kunal isn't any villian or a downright bad person. He's just a human like us. But his feelings are repressed.

It isn't easy for him to embrace and express his feelings. Certain situations and some people make it even more difficult for him to express himself. So, he simply lets go of those sentiments.

But at the end of the day he's a wonderful person who's just messed up in himself.
