#GraminBank were established under RRB Act 1976 to provide sufficient Banking & Credit facility for agriculture & rural sectors without Profit Goals. Later on they serving with all Govt Financial Inclusion Schemes.

As on 1st April'20, India have 43 #GraminBank #RRB in India from earlier 196 with target to amalgamate to only 38 Banks with atleast one in every states.
These Gramin Banks have almost 1.5 Lakh Bank staffs serving through 22,256 Branches to 560+ Distircits in India.

Although Supervisionary Authority of #GraminBank #RRBs is NABARD,
but RRBs are working under multiple authorities like RBI, DFS, NABARAD, Sponsored Banks, Central & State Govt, Local Authorities for their individual goals n schemes.
Its creating lot of work load & pressure.

FM @nsitharaman announced NABARD will provide an additional emergency working capital funding of Rs 30K crore to farmers through these #GraminBank only.
Which is in addition to Rs 90K Crore provided in normal route this year to help Rural economy.

Almost every #GraminBank is working with only 2-3 staffs and serving population of 10-50 villages with all type of Credit, Deposit and Govt Social Schemes.
Although total turn over seems to low in compare to PSBs but their work load to serve marginal section of people is high.

In such condition, Bank Staffs of #GraminBank being not given due Respect & Financial support like their sponsored banks providing.
As NABARD vision is to take Rural India Forward, but their #RRBs staff getting Backward in perks & service condition. Still they don't think on it.

Unfortunately, they are not even being given Covid19 Insurance like some of their sponsored Banks announced for their staff, isn't double standard?

Then Role of #GraminBank will be more important to boost the local Economy.
Their staffs having exposure to all type of Rural credit needs so FM must intract with them get root ideas to boost Rural Economy.

Today All Bankers are connecting on social media platform to know about their peers working condition.
So all PSBs & Private Bankers decided to highlight issues of #GraminBank and trend it to show it in Public domain.
