Rumour has it Costco Canada is implementing a mandatory mask policy starting in 1 week.

I have drafted a letter to stuff into their suggestion boxes opposing this.

I will not wear a mask.

I called two Costco locations.

The employees told me that the masks were mandatory. The Manager told me they are not, but they will be given out at the door.

This implies they aren't forcing the masks, but they are fooling people into thinking they are.

Call your #Costco.

This appears to be the first major push for mandatory masks in Canada. This is a big deal.

Until now, masks have been recommended, though not enforced. If a large corporation gets away with this, others may follow.

This needs to be shut down before it starts.
