Dominic Mckenzie Cummings was born 25 November 1971 according to his Wikipedia page and other source. His mother’s name was Laws

An ancestry search for Cummings/Laws children within 20 years of 1971 produce three results all in Durham. Dominic, Lisa & Francesca. No Alice.
On the face of it, not a sister

Alice Cummings the IDOX director appears on the electoral register in 2007 at an address in Pangbourne. So does a Russel Cummings. Possibly married. A quick check – yes, they were married in 1991 and her maiden name is Banks

So no – the Alice Cummings who is a director of IDOX is not Dom Cumming’s sister

She's unfortunate in sharing a surname with a particularly unpleasant individual but she's not his sister
