I will delete this probably because Hoorn has like 20 people living there so I will be haunted down if this post is found but anyways here is a VERY accurate rating of the districts of Hoorn aka a Dutch city that’s only known for colonizing

(I am very biased !)

(Yes we even colonized the Austrian flag, we have 0 originality)

13. Kersenboogerd-Noord
- Ghettoboogerd
- Worst place on earth
- Everyone here carries a knife bc too poor to get illegal guns
- Literal war zone
- Pedophiles, rape, stabbing, arson and robbery cases all in the spawn of a month
- Daily police helicopter to be heard

12. Grote Waal
- Few days ago some armed robbery by 14 year olds so...
- after ghettoboogerd the worst place on earth.
- All the crazy stories from my dad (who lived here) just..
- Graffiti everywhere last time I went
- Very bad vibes

11. Westerblokker (Blokker)
- Kinda just one street;
- Yet there are daily robberies (literally every picture had a police car)
- The park behind the main shopping place is so badly lit no wonder everyone gets robbed;
- Everyone has witnessed a robbery here, I have twice.

10. Kersenboogerd-Zuid
- Part of the ghettoboogerd so still bad but kind of trying to become better
- Still lots of robberies here
- Got kicked from my bike by a drunk Dutch man here once, so yeah :x
- health centrums for mentally disturbed people, mostly complaints about them

9. Hoorn 80
- Ugly as fuck
- The place to buy a bunch of legal weed so I guess a win
- Kinda the place to ride your shady car to and do shady things on the backseat, ngl
- Ugly industrial place

8. Nieuwe Steen
- Ugly as hell
- Just very ugly
- Capitalism say hi
- I guess some of the buildings are ok, but most of them kinda suck. Its a random government and business place.

7. Risdam-Noord
- Kinda random, don’t have an opinion on it.
- The roads are so weird here.
- Pretty much the place where people with just average income live, not much else going in there.
- Mostly known for sport places.

6. Bangert en Oosterpolder
- Modern district with new houses
- WORST roads the systematic behind it is awful, therefore always dead cats on the sidewalk
- Bc its modern its kinda bland, too sleek for Hoorn
- Richies live here

5. Hoorn-Noord
- The worst high schools are here
- But also the Appie and our Hospital so
- Kinda a random place, I barely even knew it had a name
- I guess technically our Mac Donalds is here? The happening in the whole city...

4. Zwaag
- Zwaag is just... there
- All the districts kinda make sense but this one.. I do not know what exactly is Zwaag and what isn’t
- Not problematic, but not unproblematic either. Kinda there.
- Like Blokker it kinda feels like just one village street.

3. Venenlaankwartier
- Not necessarily a bad place, just kinda there.
- I ride through this some times and no one is ever there. It is so silent.
- They do have the Lidl which I am very jealous about. Ghettoboogerd could never.

2. Risdam-Zuid
- They do have he iconic ice skate thingie, our cinema, casino and shit so maybe they are serving?
- Does not really have any structure tho, kinda messy.
- Also the place you can get cremated so.. an essential part of Hoorn.

1. Binnenstad
- Pretty cute
- Relatively unproblematic
- Considering other cities their main street it’s kind of limited. But has some nice local places.
- Our port is adorable, even tho it was the main source of the whole Dutch colonizing background
