You can’t stop people posting / saying stupid fucking things, but if you are a manager, business owner, moderator. You do have a responsibility for:
-addressing racist comments appropriately.
-improving your own knowledge so you know how to do this.
-bringing in someone that does

AND NO...it not the initial comments that can do the most damage, it’s how you allow them to be discussed in majority white spaces.
-treating white people as objective artbiters of: is/not racist.
-allowing POC to be gaslight / racism minimised / calls of PC culture gone mad

-allowing white people to suggest they are having their FOS silenced by POC challenges.
-that POC are polite / kind enough in their challenges.
-white tears and victimhood to be coddled.
-JUST NOT LISTENING

Un moderated conversations about racism in white spaces expect:
- POC to feel traumatised, by the groups spectacular lack of understanding
- POC to make mental notes *not to speak out / leave
- WP upset they are at being labelled a racist (whether or not this happened)

All in all = FUCKING SHIT SHOW That either is also:
-a massive distraction from the work for racial equality.
-leadership show whether they give any shit about
-REALLY poorly reflects on your community.
LEADERSHIP SETS THE CULTURE so what you let slide is on YOU

We need to learn to have better / grownup conversations about race. Ones that:
-allow POC to feel psychologically secure
-where WP understand the context of POC challenges / we negotiate society differently
-a bit of grace that we don’t know it all (WP) and R all willing to learn
