We all know he is fast, but are we seeing how his undebatable elite athleticism will translate to fantasy points? He& #39;s a threat to take it to the house any time he touches it. Watch how his instant acceleration after the catch makes these DBs look foolish. (cont)

Huge, sticky, soft, OBJ-like hands. I saw a lot of under thrown or off target passes thrown his way, which I attribute to QBs not judging his true speed. No problem for Ruggs. He rarely drops a ball. (cont)

His play strength and competitiveness aren& #39;t getting discussed enough. Yes he is smallish at 6& #39;0/190, but he is solid. He was used as a gunner on special teams, that should dispell the Will Fuller or Hollywood Brown comparisons.
Draft capital alone should place him in the top 5 of rookie drafts. Remember he was the first RB/WR/TE taken in a stacked draft class. Mike Mayock spoke to why he selected him over Juedy and Lamb, "the distinguishing factor was his speed, his explosion and his work ethic"(cont)
