"The term concentration camp refers to a camp in which people are detained or confined, usually under harsh conditions and without regard to legal norms of arrest and imprisonment that are acceptable in a constitutional democracy." #CloseTheCamps #AbolishICE https://twitter.com/mattkatz00/status/1264764809087725586
That definition and more can be found at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum under the series "Nazi Camps".

ICE fits every definition of the early camp system & is progressing just as they did. And there's no doubt we know about it. https://encyclopedia.ushmm.org/content/en/article/nazi-camps?series=18121
Do you find this an unbelievable or offensive comparison? We recommend reading the article by the @theintercept & comparing this murder & the #ICE system to @HolocaustMuseum's "Concentration Camps" series & the system in-depth

Are there many differences you can see between this & our prison system at large in its current state?

One is that our system is already much, much larger.

Another is that no Nazi party led by some of the most evil men alive was necessary to create this.
Think about how that system became a horrifying and efficient machine for systemic murder and ask yourself as they suggest:

"What kind of a society or government may be a precondition to implementing such a systematic effort?"
