Tirumala land selling is a conspiracy to sell land to church or benami.

To start with, every one knows the economic and that the land would not fetch the desired prices due to covid lock down.

So now the church has the money or the benamis have the money to buy the land at..

Cheaper prices.

Tirumala gets more than 100 crs a month as FD deposit interest to run the temple and it's orgs for life, with out even selling it's property or taking anymore donations.

So this land selling exercise seems to be a highly conspired act to make either the church or the benamis richer.
